The article The Impact of Symbolic Construction and Aesthetic Experience on Perception of Musical Creativity has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Aesthetic Education, a University of Illinois journal considered one of the most prestigious and influential academic publications in the world at the intersection of education, the arts, and philosophy. The article was written by Luciano Nazario (FURG) in partnership with José Santos (Unipampa). This qualitative study investigated how 30 musicians use symbolic and aesthetic criteria to evaluate musical creativity. The results of this study offer insights for new educational approaches in music teaching and will be available between 2026 and 2027.
